Overview

Carry out all maintenance related activities related to (i) break down maintenance of plant machinery (ii) operation and maintenance of utility services, etc. with proper supervision, monitoring, and guidance.
Co-ordination, administration and controlling of technical crews of the engineering department.
Preparation of yearly preventive maintenance schedule of plant equipment and execution of the same.
Validation (PQ) of production facilities and utility services as per SOP.
Preparation of SOP in compliance with GMP.
Execution of various renovation and project works.
To comply with the requirements of any Regulatory/customer audits.
To check the quality system within the department.
To participate in investigations related to deviations, incidents, etc.
To identify the training needs and take appropriate action to ensure that all personnel are appropriately qualified and adequately trained .
