Microbiology

Overview

This microbiology laboratory well developing and preparing the layout, it is important to recognize the required work capacity of the laboratory, the number of staff engaged in testing, the services (electricity, water, gas) required, and the mechanisms to control inadvertent release of microorganisms to the environment as well as cross-contaminations. Furthermore, the microbiology laboratory is very operator dependent, and the design tends to be variable. There are, however, areas of commonality and examples of best practice. This chapter examines the design, space, and equipment considerations required for the construction and operation of a successful laboratory
We are fully GMP certified for quality control testing In designing a QC microbiology laboratory, it is important to keep in perspective the nature of the microorganisms, the potential sources of cross-contamination, the nature of the test materials, as well as the regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. All microbiology testing analysis are undertaken in compliance with FDA guidance on GMP as it applies to contract QC Microbiology testing laboratories.

We are FDA -inspected (successfully re-accredited in September) best performing and so you can trust that the test data that we provide to you is accurate and reliable. Our highly qualified and experienced technical staff use transparent, traceable, calibrated techniques and state-of-the-art equipment in QC Microbiology lab.

We offer

For non-sterile products, we can perform microbial contamination testing using Guidelines or client-supplied methods to determine the Microbial sample testing within the sample. Microbial enumeration - Total Yeast and Mould Count (TYMC) and Total Aerobic Microbial Count (TAMC) analysis and tests for specified microorganisms pathogen test are analysis in Microbiology laboratory

Environmental microbiological monitoring should reflect the facility used (room or isolator) and include a combination of air and surface sampling methods appropriate to the facility
active air sampling; settle (exposure) plates; surface contact replicate organism detection and counting (RODAC) plates, swabs or flexible films
