Verification of packing material/ raw material during dispensing and receipt of packing material/ raw material as per BMPR (Batch manufacturing & packing record)
Manufacturing & packing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Intermediates & specialty chemicals.
To check the quality system within the department.
Evaluation & investigation of 005, deviations, incidents, Market co mplaint by taking necessary corrective action & preventive action
Interaction with warehouse/quality control for material availability /release of raw materials, packing materials & final products.
Qualification of production equipments & participation in validation activities.
To carry out production activities as per the production plan.
To comply with the requirements of any Regulatory/customer audits.
To plan and manage all the activities of the Production Department. To assure the quality of all products manufactured at the site.
